Upgrades are self-serve: checkout, plan changes, and cancellation are handled by Stripe, in Canadian dollars, no sales call. One transparency note: Stripe is a US payment processor — your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our Canadian servers; we store only your plan and subscription identifiers.
